3. Parents of eligible youth seeking assistance under this subtitle.
4. Individuals, including former participants and representatives of organizations, that have experience relating to youth activities.
5. Representatives of the Job Corps, as appropriate.*
6. Other such individuals as the chairperson of the Local Board, in cooperation with the Chief Elected Official, determines to be appropriate.
7. Representatives of business.
8. Representatives of labor.
9. Representatives closely linked to local educational institutions (e.g. public schools, community colleges, other post-secondary institutions).

* No full time job training program offered in the NoRTEC area.
